Old Mill Park -City and Stafford residents will be admitted free of charge, with proof of residency. Non-residents will be charged $10 per car and $5 for walk-in during the hours from 7am to 9pm. Please note that once the park reaches capacity, the park gates will be closed to vehicles. Park visitors who have paid to enter will be free to leave and return the same day without paying, however there is no guarantee that there will be parking available and spaces will not be saved.
