Here’s what’s new and upcoming in the Central Park shopping center:
- Nothing Bundt Cakes is opening a location at 1420 Carl D. Silver Parkway, next to Sleep Number in a space formerly occupied by Firehouse Subs.
- Firehouse Subs recently moved from that location to 1251 Carl D. Silver Parkway in Central Park.
- VA Runner at 1993 Carl D. Silver Parkway is now part of the Fleet Feet family. Fleet Feet is a national running-focused brand with about 250 store locations in the U.S.
- Pure Barre Fredericksburg plans to open a location at 1460 Central Park Blvd., Suite 102, in early 2023.
- Burlington and T.J.Maxx will occupy more than 52,000 square feet combined in buildings at 1811-1859 Carl D. Silver Parkway in the Central Park Marketplace
