Get ready for one of Fredericksburg’s most beloved holiday traditions! The 2026 Fredericksburg Christmas Parade returns to downtown on Saturday, December 5, at 5:30pm, bringing festive floats, marching bands, twinkling lights, holiday music and plenty of Christmas cheer to the streets of FXBG!
This year’s theme, “A Timeless Christmas,” celebrates the magic, memories and traditions that make the holiday season so special. Gather your family and friends, bundle up and find your favorite viewing spot along Caroline and Princess Anne Streets as downtown Fredericksburg comes alive with holiday spirit. And, of course, keep an eye out for Santa Claus!
Make a night of it in downtown Fredericksburg! Arrive early to explore locally owned shops, grab dinner at one of our fantastic restaurants and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
