Arms Outstretched Ministry is excited to announce our Annual Fundraiser Craft Show! Mark your calendars and join us in supporting our community programs that serve veterans, military personnel, first responders!
Here’s how you can get involved:
VENDORS
We are seeking 100 vendors to showcase and sell your unique items at our craft show. Here are the details:
Fee: $50 per spot (includes one table and one chair)
Additional Tables/Chairs: $10 each
VENUE: Indoors with lots of foot traffic and electricity available.
BENEFITS: Support a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, tax-deductible contributions, and 100% of the vendor fees go to our Honoring Our Heroes program to support our heroes!
PROMOTION: The Fraternal Order of Eagles and B101.5 station will help promote the event and be present on site with BUZZ the beetling photos with children and giving our prizes! Radio station 95.5 will also announce the event on air a week prior to the fundraiser.

SHOPPERS
Do you love craft shows? Come and visit us!
ADMISSION: Free (donations appreciated)
RAFFLE PRIZES: Given out every 30 minutes, donated by our generous vendors and local businesses!
CONCESSIONS: Available at show through the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
SPECIAL GUEST: B101.5 Local radio station will be onsite from 12:00-2:00 with BUZZ the Bee mascot and two others to give away prizes and take pictures with the children and adults! They will also breadcast our event on the air a week prior to the event along with 95.5 morning show.
