Curio Wine School: Wines of South America

South America is a continent of contrasts, and its wines are just as diverse. From the elevated vineyards of Mendoza to Chile’s coastal valleys, these wines showcase both heritage grapes and innovative winemaking.

In this class, we’ll taste a curated selection that highlights both iconic and lesser-known varietals: think Malbec, Carménère, Tannat, and Torrontés. We will also explore the climates and traditions that shape them. Through this journey, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for why South America is one of the most dynamic regions in the wine world.

Included with your ticket:

  1. Seated wine class in the cool Curio Wine Cellar with Johnny Puckett, Curio & Rogers Ford Farm Winery owner and winemaker (WSET 3).
  2. Guided tasting of six unique wines.
  3. Small plate of artisanal cheese and crackers to accompany your tasting
  4. Discounts on bottle purchases of all wines tasted
