Fredericksburg’s Revolutionary War Heroes FREE Lecture Series in collaboration with the Historic Fredericksburg Foundation, Inc., concludes at Fredericksburg Lodge No. 4 on Thursday, August 27!
Though he was “First in war, first in peace, and first in the hearts of his countrymen”, there’s no more suitable a man to discuss at this final lecture than General George Washington. After being raised on the shores of the Rappahannock, and having been Initiated, Passed, and Raised a Master Mason in Fredericksburg Lodge, understanding his familial and brotherly roots in the area adds new dimensions to the study of his military and political leadership.
This lecture will be given by Bill Garner, President of the George Washington Foundation.
