Genealogy BSA Merit Badge for Scouts ages 11-17
Learn about genealogy in the final home of George Washington’s mother! Tickets include all printed materials to be distributed in the class.
The class will cover requirements: 1, 4, 5, and 8 of the Genealogy Merit Badge. To earn the merit badge, the Scouts will have to come with evidence that they have completed all of the other requirements. If this is completed prior to the class, the counselor will sign their BSA merit badge ‘Blue Card.’ If not, they will get a ‘partial’ and the counselor can work with them later to complete the badge.
