Come to a special free Homeschool Historians: Colonial Cooking program! The FAM is partnering with a University of Mary Washington Historic Preservation student to develop a new homeschool program for the museum. Homeschool families are invited to attend and provide valuable feedback.

In Colonial Cooking, families will explore colonial-era foodways, cooking tools, and the effects of the Revolutionary War on daily life through engaging, hands-on activities. This program is recommended for 2nd–5th graders.
