- Starter – Strawberry Tomato Gazpacho
- A specialty mimosa is thoughtfully paired with each course.
- First Course – Ricotta & Herb Pancake. A savory pancake topped with shaved fennel, peppery arugula, and prosciutto.
- Second Course – Burrata and Citrus Salad. Creamy burrata and bright citrus with lemon vinaigrette, shaved onion, microgreens, and toasted pistachio.
- Third Course – Crab Cake. A golden crab cake served with bright herb sauce and spring asparagus.
- Dessert – Citrus Olive Oil Cake. A tender olive oil cake finished with a blood orange glaze.
