Candlelight Vigil for Nepal — 7:30 PMFollowing the program, please join us in front of the library at 7:30 PM for a candlelight vigil in solidarity with the families and communities affected by Nepal’s devastating flooding.
Information will also be shared about ways to support disaster-relief efforts in Nepal. Attendees will have an opportunity to sign a special scroll expressing support and goodwill from the people of Fredericksburg to the people of Nepal.
This evening is about more than history. It is about friendship, resilience, compassion, and the power of people-to-people connections between our two countries.
