Those looking to participate are encouraged to email Entertainment Director, Ryan Faino with any questions.
**All participants must have their items stationed in the parking lot in front of our Club House by 9:00AM. Item pricing and negotiating is solely the responsibility of the resident. Any unsold items must be taken with you at the conclusion of the event or placed in a trash bag and disposed of in the trash compactor at the rear of the property. We are not responsible for any damage or terrible haggling abilities. Have fun and happy selling!
