Mark your calendars, Fredericksburg! FOX 5 DC is coming to town—and they’re bringing their cameras, crew, and community spirit with them.
On Friday, July 25, the City of Fredericksburg will take center stage as part of FOX 5’s Zip Trip series, a popular summer broadcast that highlights towns and cities across the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region.
From 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Riverfront Park (713 Sophia Street) will transform into a live television set—and you’re invited to be part of the action!
What is Zip Trip?
Zip Trip is FOX 5’s signature summer series that celebrates the unique character of local communities through live broadcasts. Each episode features interviews, local businesses, food tastings, fitness demonstrations, live music, and—best of all—the people who make each place shine. This is Fredericksburg’s moment to share its story, and we want YOU to be part of it!
