Lafayette Lamb Lollipops: 4 frenched lamb ribs, with Jameson Dijon.

Irish Italian Honeymoon: Four cheese “pasta purse,” filled with Romano, Asiago, Parmesan, and Ricotta. Accompanied by roasted potatoes and rose cream sauce.
