Cork & Table serves refined food in an intimate setting in historic downtown Fredericksburg, engaging guests through innovative, seasonal menus designed around carefully selected wine pairings, drawn from major wine making regions throughout the world.  We are the consummate special event restaurant in the area, tailoring the experiences to the needs of each table, by providing attentive and responsive service as well as offering gluten-free, vegan, and ovo-lacto vegetarian menu options.  Chef/Owner, James Fallon, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America who has been certified by the Washington Sommelier Society, has developed fixed price menus ranging from three courses to six course Chef’s Tasting Menu, all of which are offered with unique wine parings. 

Additionally, private dining for special events is available in one of our quite dining rooms which seats from 10 to 25 guests.
