Oysters Rockefeller – Baked oysters, spinach, prosciutto, ham, and cream
Strawberry & Goat Cheese Salad – Mixed greens, strawberries, goat cheese, pine nuts, Italian dressing
Gnocchi d’ Momma – Renato’s own take on gnocchi, potato ravioli filled with veal ragu, w/ parmesan & cream sauce
Course Two (Select One)
Vegan Pasta Primavera (V) – Summer vegetables, garlic, cashew cream
Agnolotti – homemade ravioli, filled with spinach and ricotta cheese, alfredo sauce
Chicken Parmigian – baked w/ marinara and mozzarella cheese, linguini
Veal Picatta – Veal scallopini, capers, mushroom, and citrus wine, and butter, linguini
Crabmeat Stuffed Shrimp (+$15) – jumbo shrimp, crabmeat, butter, and lemon, baked potato
Braised Short Ribs (+$15) – short ribs, yukon gold potatoes, broccolini
