Ceviche Fresco | Tuna and Mahi Mahi cooked in Serrano, cilantro and lime with red onions, radishes, and green apples
Tostenes Rellenos | Green plantains molded into a cup and stuffed with ground beef, drizzled with jalapeno mayo
Any Cup of Soup | Chicken tortilla, black bean, or aguadito de pollo
Entrée (Choice of one)
Costillas de Cerdo en Salsa de Chile Cascael | Pork ribs slowly braised with chile, tomatillos, garlic, and spices. Served with rice and refried beans, and choice of flour or corn tortilla
Pescado Rostizado | Seared Mahi Mahi topped with grilled pineapple salsa (cilantro, lime, red onion, garlic, jalapeno, and red pepper) served with jazmin rice and black beans
Sopes Veganos con Coliflor | Two homemade thick corn tortilla boats smothered with refried beans and topped with roasted cauliflower, cherry tomato, garlic, served with rice and black beans
Pollo Asado en Specias Con Mermelada | Blackened cajun spiced chicken breast served with mango peach mermelade, served with rice and black beans

Mango Mousse Cake | with a mix berry coulis and whip cream
