Fredericksburg is hosting Winter Restaurant Week from Friday, January 16- Sunday, January 25, 2026, with restaurants participating from all over the city. Our unique food scene is an integral part of the ‘Burg, and Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity to sample the unique flavors of the city.
