July 4th Downtown Street Closures

The 600-900 blocks of Sophia Street, 100 block of Hanover Street and 100 block of Charlotte Street will be closed for a special event on Tuesday, July 4th beginning at 2:00 A.M. and reopening at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
There will be signs in place to indicate the restrictions and vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense early Tuesday morning that have not been removed from these streets.

Old Mill Park Firework Parking info

City and Stafford residents will be admitted free of charge, with proof of residency. Non-residents will be charged $10 per car and $5 for walk-in during the hours from 7am to 9pm. Please note that once the park reaches capacity, the park gates will be closed to vehicles. Park visitors who have paid to enter will be free to leave and return the same day without paying, however there is no guarantee that there will be parking available and spaces will not be saved.

Trolley Shuttle info to the Patawomeck Museum

Trolley Shuttle will run to the Patawomeck Museum & Cultural Center from 10am – 4pm.
Shuttle stop is across from the FXBG Visitor Center – 706 Caroline Street.
Last downtown pick up is at 3:45pm.
Shuttle is free.
