Wild Hare Cider is a small, local Virginia cidery that started from a desire to craft something with our hands, a product of science and art. Our fruit comes directly from our orchard in the heart of Shenandoah Valley. We press heritage apples and cool-ferment the juice to proper dry, age for more than a year. Wild yet elegant. Less is more; come see just how good cider can be.
